- Scope of Application
These Terms of Use apply to the use of the mobile app Daily Motivation (hereinafter „App“), provided by Christina Busse (hereinafter „Provider“).
By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use.
- Subject Matter of the App
The App is designed to support motivation, self-reflection, and self-management. It provides prompts, content, and features for personal exploration of your own thoughts, goals, and feelings.
The content of the App is intended solely for general support and inspiration.
The App does not replace medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice or treatment. No promises of healing are made.
- Requirements for Use
The App is primarily intended for adults.
Minors may only use the App with the consent of their legal guardian(s).
Use of the App is at your own risk.
- Free Use and Subscription
The App can generally be used free of charge.
In addition, a paid annual subscription can be purchased via Google Play, which unlocks access to extended features.
The subscription:
runs for a period of one year,
renews automatically unless canceled in time,
is billed through the respective Google Play account.
The subscription can only be canceled via the account settings in Google Play.
The prices and terms displayed by Google at the time of purchase apply.
- No Guarantee of Success
The provider makes no guarantee of specific results, successes, changes in mood, or personal development through the use of the app.
Decisions made by users based on the app content are at their own risk.
- Limitation of Liability
The provider is not liable for damages or losses arising from the use or unavailability of the app, to the extent permitted by law.
In particular, there is no liability for:
personal, emotional, or psychological reactions,
decisions or actions based on app content,
technical malfunctions, interruptions, or data loss.
Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.
- Availability and Changes
The provider strives to ensure the app is available without disruption, but does not guarantee uninterrupted use.
The provider reserves the right to change, expand, or restrict the app’s content, functions, or scope at any time.
- Copyright
All app content (in particular texts, illustrations, graphics, designs, and concepts) is protected by copyright.
Use outside the app, in particular reproduction, distribution, or publication, is not permitted without the provider’s express consent.
- Data Protection
Information on the processing of personal data is governed by the separate data protection declaration.
- Final Provisions
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
Should any provision of these Terms of Use be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

1. Geltungsbereich
Diese Nutzungsbedingungen gelten für die Nutzung der mobilen App Daily Motivation (nachfolgend „App“), bereitgestellt von Christina Busse (nachfolgend „Anbieterin“).
Mit dem Download oder der Nutzung der App erklärst du dich mit diesen Nutzungsbedingungen einverstanden.
2. Gegenstand der App
Die App dient der Motivation, Selbstreflexion und Selbstführung. Sie stellt Impulse, Inhalte und Funktionen zur persönlichen Auseinandersetzung mit eigenen Gedanken, Zielen und Gefühlen bereit.
Die Inhalte der App dienen ausschließlich der allgemeinen Unterstützung und Inspiration.
Die App ersetzt keine medizinische, psychologische oder therapeutische Beratung oder Behandlung. Es werden keine Heilversprechen abgegeben.
3. Nutzungsvoraussetzungen
Die App richtet sich primär an Erwachsene.
Minderjährige dürfen die App nur mit Zustimmung ihrer Erziehungsberechtigten nutzen.
Die Nutzung der App erfolgt eigenverantwortlich.
4. Kostenfreie Nutzung und Abonnement
Die App kann grundsätzlich kostenfrei genutzt werden.
Zusätzlich kann über Google Play ein kostenpflichtiges Jahresabonnement abgeschlossen werden, das den Zugriff auf erweiterte Funktionen freischaltet.
Das Abonnement:
- läuft über einen Zeitraum von einem Jahr,
- verlängert sich automatisch, sofern es nicht rechtzeitig gekündigt wird,
- wird über das jeweilige Google-Play-Konto abgerechnet.
Die Kündigung des Abonnements erfolgt ausschließlich über die Kontoeinstellungen bei Google Play.
Es gelten die jeweils zum Zeitpunkt des Abschlusses angezeigten Preise und Bedingungen von Google.
5. Kein Erfolgsgarantie
Die Anbieterin übernimmt keine Garantie für bestimmte Ergebnisse, Erfolge, Stimmungsveränderungen oder persönliche Entwicklungen durch die Nutzung der App.
Entscheidungen, die Nutzer:innen auf Grundlage der App-Inhalte treffen, erfolgen auf eigene Verantwortung.
6. Haftungsbeschränkung
Die Anbieterin haftet nicht für Schäden oder Nachteile, die aus der Nutzung oder Nichtverfügbarkeit der App entstehen, soweit gesetzlich zulässig.
Insbesondere besteht keine Haftung für:
- persönliche, emotionale oder psychische Reaktionen,
- Entscheidungen oder Handlungen, die auf App-Inhalten beruhen,
- technische Störungen, Unterbrechungen oder Datenverluste.
Die Haftung für Vorsatz und grobe Fahrlässigkeit bleibt unberührt.
7. Verfügbarkeit und Änderungen
Die Anbieterin bemüht sich um eine möglichst störungsfreie Verfügbarkeit der App, übernimmt jedoch keine Gewähr für eine ununterbrochene Nutzung.
Die Anbieterin behält sich vor, Inhalte, Funktionen oder den Umfang der App jederzeit zu ändern, zu erweitern oder einzuschränken.
8. Urheberrecht
Alle Inhalte der App (insbesondere Texte, Illustrationen, Grafiken, Designs und Konzepte) sind urheberrechtlich geschützt.
Eine Nutzung außerhalb der App, insbesondere Vervielfältigung, Weitergabe oder Veröffentlichung, ist ohne ausdrückliche Zustimmung der Anbieterin nicht gestattet.
9. Datenschutz
Informationen zur Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten sind in der separaten Datenschutzerklärung geregelt.
10. Schlussbestimmungen
Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland.
Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen dieser Nutzungsbedingungen unwirksam sein oder werden, bleibt die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen unberührt.
